Vismara Art's Gallery, always a reference point of the Modern and Contemporary Art, was founded by Zita Vismara in 1965. The current directors are Zita and her son walter Pater.
The gallery has developed the Abstract, Lyric-Real and Kinetic line, since Zita, already at the time she was attending the painting classes at Brera, during the Fifties, was working on the abstract line.
In 1965 it has revalued the Como's group Badiali - Galli - Radice - Rho.
In her gallery she has presented the works of: Albers, Arp, Ballocco, Benedetto, Bill M., Calderara, Cruz-Diez, Dewasne, Deyrolle, Fontana, Grignani, Leppien, Licini, Lohse, Magnelli, Mazzon, Melotti, Munari, Nemours, Reggiani, Ricther, Schoonhoven, Seuphor, Soldati, Tauber-Arp, Veronesi.
Beside the great Masters, the gallery has opened its doors to the new generations interested in the new visual and kynetic trends: G. Benevelli, Remo Bianco, Boriani, Campus, Gianni Colombo, De Vecchi, Fabro, Garau, Glattfelder, Megert, Minoli, Nannucci, Rizzato, Sabatini, Simeti, Tornquist...
Recently, it has hosted the exhibition of: Alvaro (Occhipinti), R. Barisani, B. Bonetti, A. Cavalieri, G. Claisse, C. Cruz-Diez, C. D'Angelo, Minoli, V. Molnar, A. Nemours, B. Pomodoro, Y. Popet, Schmidt Renh, M. Tudjina Badurina, A. Usai, G. Varisco, R. Vecchione e W. Xerra.
