It was founded in 1974. Since then, the gallery has been proposing wide solo exhibitions of historical figurative artists. In 1981, the gallery approaches figurative sculpture. In 1982, it starts with a range of exhibitions of the most important international abstractionists, such as Lucio Fontana,Corpora, Folon, Perilli, Dorazio, Scialoja, Nigro, Reggiani. Starting from 1997, it starts developing its interest for contemporary sculpture, by setting up solo exhibitions of those sculptors, who, starting from the early Seventies, revolutionized the idea of shape in space: Uncini, Carrino, Staccioli, Magnoni, Spagnulo, Consagra, Cascella, Melotti, Mirko, Lorenzetti, Cavaliere, Antico. In 1997, the gallery investigates the international scenery and dedicates many exhibitions to Christo, Nitsch, Ben Patterson. In 1998, it moves into the new and wide location in Riviera Mussato, where it arranges exhibitions of historicized and developing artists, debates, meetings on contemporary art and book presentations.
