The gallery Studio Legale, directed by Antonio Rossi, starts his own activity in 1990 with first exhibitions of artists, such as Paolo Laudisa, H.H. Lim, Giovanni Tariello and Biagio Caldarelli. One of the most significant events, conceived and arranged by the gallery, is the exhibition of Enzo Cucchi, inaugurated in December 1994 in the halls of Reggia Vanvitelliana, sponsored by the municipality and by the superintendence of cultural assets of Caserta and Benevento.
In 1995, the first great exhibition of Luca Pancrazzi was set up in the exhibition halls of the location in Via Trieste, 63, with the publication of a catalogue, arranged by Gianni Romano, entitled Nonsites.
In 1996, the exhibition Straniero in mondi stranieri(Stranger in foreign worlds) was inaugurated in the spaces of the former workshop and 12 artists of different European nationalities, including Cingolani, Krebber, Manetas, Pancrazzi, Pessoli, Reilly, and Timoney.
On June 7th 1997, the exhibition of the young American artist Ryan Mendoza, who lives in Naples, was inaugurated and the catalogue Cadaver Dog, arranged by Cristina Perrella, was published.
In December 1997, a group exhibition, entitled Crash with works of young artists was set up in the former workshop; it was an exhibition that looked for new art languages within town and metropolitan settings.
The gallery Studio Legale, always looking for new artistic talents between 1997 and the year 2000, inaugurated a range of solo exhibitions of inedited artists, such as Loris Cecchini, Alessandra Abruzzese, Brigitta Bonuomo.
