The gallery Mimmo Scognamiglio takes part in the cultural life of Naples since 1995. The human, but especially visual, experience, acquired by attending for over 10 years an international structure (Gallery Lucio Amelio), has allowed the gallery to draw itself an exhibition path in the space in Via Marino D’Ayala, and before that, in Via Settembrini, not linked to any trend or exclusion whatsoever.
Lacking schematisms, they have focused their attention both on young artists, carriers of new languages, and on artists with strong aesthetic experiences and internationally known.
In the spaces of the gallery, debates are held and avant-garde publishing houses are often present. During the year, it takes part in international fairs and it often co-operates with public and private institutions.
