De Crescenzo & Viesti Galleria d’Arte Contemporanea was founded in 1996 and has quickly become one of the most popular ones in Rome. In 1998 the public of “Giornale dell’Arte” has elected the gallery as the best one in Italy . The gallerists, Stefano De Crescenzo e Floriana Viesti themselves have been involved in the art scene much longer.
Located centrally in Via del Corso, the gallery has 3 large exhibition rooms for the “main exhibitions” and “the office” where is showed a good collection of Italian and European contemporary art creating interesting contrasts and comparisons. There are no “strict limits” and the activity of the gallery includes all the contemporary art from the beginning of ‘900 until the latest researches.
