The gallery was founded in 1985 by Mario Valente. Following an early period of exhibitions in the Piedmont region, lasting around fifteen years, the gallery’s artistic direction then turned to the historical avant-gardes, whilst keeping a watchful eye over the latest trends. The gallery has always been, and continues to be, a promoter and instigator of new movements, such as Concrete Art, Informal, Lyrical Abstraction. Exhibitions include: Piero Dorazio, Emilio Scanavino, Mauro Reggiani, Lucio Del Pezzo, Bruno Munari, Anton Zoran Music, Kenneth Noland, Giuseppe Capogrossi, Antonio Sanfilippo, Paolo Minoli, Carlo Nangeroni, Luigi Veronesi, Carla Badiali, Jaume Plensa, Sandro De Alexandris, Lucio Fontana, Enrico Castellani, Omar Galliani, Fausto Melotti, Sonia Delaunay Terk, Juan Miṛ, Alberto Magnelli.
