Sothebys.com offers on-line purchases in a sale of French artists from September the 18th to October the 9th, 2001, including Marc Chagall, Raoul Dufy, Suzanne Eisendieck, Moise Kisling, Ossip Zadkine and Mela Muter. Highlighting of the sale include Jankel Adler’s Still Life with Pears, an oil on masonite, which is estimated at $ 9,000-12,000 (€ 10,000-13,350). Other highlights include a landscape executed in oil on canvas by Henri Hayden at $ 5,000-7,000 (€ 5,560-7,790) and Kremenge’s View of Paris, La Ruche also an oil on canvas at $ 6,000-8,000 (€ 6,670-8,900).
