Study of a Mourning Woman, a recently discovered drawing, dating from1494 to 1504 and attributed to Michelangelo, is expected to change hands soon. UK art gallery Colnaghi, who bought the work on the 11th of July at Sotheby’s, London for $ 8.4 million (€ 9.03 million) have announced that it could be resold for as much as $ 9.5–12.8 million (€ 1.3–13.9 million) to a non Italian museum. The drawing, measuring 26 x 16.4 cm will be shown in the gallery’s stand at the International Biennial of Antiquarians in Florence from the 22nd of September to the 7th of October. (Annalisa Rossi)
